This mug is designed as a memento to a beloved natural historic marker that was lost in a wind storm. The Valentown Oak Tree was 290 years old and registered on the National Historical Register. Some of your purchase goes to Historic Valentown Museum where the tree grew for centuries. Those funds will go to support the continuing maintenance of the Valentown properties. Historic Valentown is owned and operated by the Victor Historical Society, a 501(c)3 Not For Profit organization chartered by the New York State Board of Regents under and educational mandate.
